EZ Scribe utilizes a state-of-the-art web-based platform, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With this technology each client's dictation is managed according to their specific needs. Jobs are prioritized by work type and then routed to specific transcriptionists assigned to work on that particular account. Clients are able to track and monitor the status of their reports from the time the dictation is completed through delivery of the transcribed report.
Dictations are accessed by our transcriptionists via the Internet. The transcribed reports are then immediately uploaded to EZ Scribe's data management center for release and/or review by QA. If the client is utilizing an interface, immediately following transcription/QA, and E-sign by the physician, the transcribed report is uploaded directly into the patient's medical record on the client's Health Information System. All file transfer procedures are in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
